Six weeks after revealing her battle with cancer to more than nine million viewers in the primetime TV broadcast of the independently produced documentary “Farrah’s Story,” actress Farrah Fawcett has died at age 62.

The two-hour documentary, produced by Alana Stewart, reveals Ms. Fawcett’s diagnosis with rectal cancer three years ago, glimpses of hope after traditional and alternative treatments in the U.S. and Germany, and her rapidly declining health in recent months.

Ms. Fawcett reportedly began documenting her treatment with a small video camera in May 2007.

A Hollywood actress and spokesmodel, Ms. Fawcett is most well known for her role as Jill Munroe in the televison series, Charlie's Angels.
